Oastoberfest Volunteer Crew

We're teaming up with the Bavarian Sports Club to assemble an incredible crew to help make Oastoberfest 2025 happen! If you're interested in getting involved, making new connections, and contributing to one of Ohio's most beloved beer festivals — we'd love to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity to be part of the energy and fun, all while supporting a community-led experience.

What to Expect

Whether you're pouring beer, helping with setup, or keeping the fest running smoothly, you'll be working alongside our team and other passionate volunteers. Our crew will reach out to all applicants with more information as details are confirmed.

Brewery Applications

What you need to know:​

  • Each brewery will be allotted a 10×10 space.

  • Brewery provides pouring setup (trailers or jockey boxes), and any necessary tables & chairs

  • Brewery sends representative or brewer who can speak on the brewery and beers in depth; pouring volunteers provided by Twin Oast.

  • Beer is sold via punch cards that can be purchased online in advance or day of event.

  • All cups and ice provided by Twin Oast.

  • Brewery shall bring one half barrel of up to 3 different styles.

  • Twin Oast will purchase kegs as they are tapped.

  • Festival Hours || Friday: 3pm-10pm | Saturday: 11am-10pm

    • Setup Hours || Friday: 11am-2pm

    • Pouring Hours || Friday: 3pm-10pm | Saturday: 11am-10pm

  • Registration Fee: $100​​​

Guest Breweries

Vendors

What you need to know:​

  • Vendor Market participants will be allotted a 10x10 space.

  • Kid-Zone vendor spaces may vary.​

  • Festival Hours || Friday: 3pm-10pm | Saturday: 11am-10pm

    • Setup Hours || Friday: 11am-2pm

    • Operating Hours || Friday: 3pm-8pm | Saturday: 11am-8pm

  • Registration Fee: $100

  • Vendors must provide their own necessary tables & chairs

Food Trucks

What you need to know:​

  • Food trucks supply their own power.

  • Generators must be low decibel (under 60db); additional fees will apply for vendors not able to meet this requirement.

  • Trucks must remain open during serving hours.​

  • Festival Hours || Friday: 3pm-10pm | Saturday: 11am-10pm

    • Setup Hours || Friday: 11am-2pm

    • Operating Hours || Friday: 3pm-9pm | Saturday: 11am-9pm

  • Rate to serve is 10% minus registration fee.

  • Registration Fee: $50
