Pint Pals: Become a Twin Oast Brand Ambassador!

We’re looking for enthusiastic, creative, and motivated individuals to join the Twin Oast team as Pint Pals—our exclusive brand ambassadors! Pint Pals help spread the word about our festivals, events, and Twin Oast products while engaging with the community in authentic and supportive ways.

Why Join as a Pint Pal?

As a Pint Pal, you’ll enjoy exclusive perks, flexible schedules, and commissions while being part of an amazing team. Plus, you’ll have the chance to work your way up through our reward levels, unlocking even more benefits as you grow!

Requirements for All Pint Pals:

  • Provide at least 4 hours of support at any of our three festivals.

  • Distribute at least 30 flyers per festival.

  • Share or post on social media once a month and at least 3 times per festival.

What You'll Receive

  • Festival entry for all supported festivals ($37 value per festival).

  • An exclusive festival tee shirt for each festival supported ($28 value).

  • A 2025 5% Pint Pal Discount Card for Twin Oast purchases.

  • A unique Eventbrite link to track individual ticket sales.

  • Unlimited flyers with a personalized QR code for ticket sales.

PLUS Pint Pals have the opportunity to earn additional rewards such as a private brewery tour and beer-tasting session, free igloo reservation, gift card, limited-edition engraved growler, and more!

How to Join:

To become a Pint Pal and learn more, fill out our application form below! Our events coordinator will contact you to confirm your interest and get you on board. Together, we’ll make Twin Oast festivals and events unforgettable!

Brewery Applications

What you need to know:​

  • Each brewery will be allotted a 10×10 space.

  • Brewery provides pouring setup (trailers or jockey boxes) and your own branded tent; Twin Oast provides one 8′ table

  • Brewery sends representative or brewer who can speak on the brewery and beers in depth

  • Beer is sold via punch cards that can be purchased online in advance or day of event

  • All cups and ice provided by Twin Oast

  • Pouring volunteers provided by Twin Oast

  • Brewery shall bring one half barrel of up to 3 different brands

  • Twin Oast will purchase kegs as they are tapped

Setup Hours: Friday 9am – 1pm

Pouring Hours: Friday 3pm -10pm | Saturday 11am – 10pm

Registration Fee: $100

Vendors

What you need to know:​

  • Vendor Market participants will be allotted a 10x10 space.

  • Kid-Zone vendor spaces may vary.

  • Vendors must remain open from 12pm–6pm each day.

 

Setup Hours: Friday: 7:30 am –10:30 am

Operating Hours: 12 pm – 6 pm each day

Registration Fee: $150

Food Trucks

What you need to know:​

  • Food trucks supply their own power.

  • Generators must be low decibel (under 60db); additional fees will apply for vendors not able to meet this requirement.

  • Trucks must remain open during serving hours.

  • Rate to serve is 10% minus registration fee.

 

Setup Hours: Friday: 7:30 am –10:30 am

Operating Hours: 12 pm – 8 pm each day

Registration Fee: $50
